هل التطبيق بيرفع صوري على الإنترنت؟

لأ، ومش قادر أصلاً. نسخة أندرويد مش بتطلب صلاحية الإنترنت من الأساس، يعني نظام التشغيل نفسه بيمنع التطبيق من إرسال أي حاجة. تقدر تتأكد بنفسك من إعدادات التطبيق على جهازك. التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.

استخراج النص العربي بيرجّع فاضي

اتأكد إنك مختار "عربي" أو "عربي + إنجليزي" في شاشة استخراج النص — الوضع الإنجليزي بيستخدم محرّك مختلف مش بيدعم العربي.

لو لسه فاضي، غالبًا جودة الصورة هي السبب. جرّب: صوّر في إضاءة أحسن، قرّب الكاميرا أكتر من الورقة، واستخدم فلتر "أبيض وأسود" قبل الاستخراج — بيرفع دقة التعرّف بشكل ملحوظ.

التطبيق مش بيلاقي حواف الورقة

كشف الحواف بيعتمد على التباين بين الورقة والخلفية. حط الورقة على سطح مختلف في اللون — ورقة بيضا على مكتب خشب بتتكشف فورًا، وورقة بيضا على ترابيزة بيضا صعبة.

في كل الأحوال تقدر تسحب الأركان الأربعة بإيدك في شاشة القص، وفيه عدسة مكبّرة بتظهر عشان تشوف الركن بالظبط.

ملف الـ PDF حجمه كبير

من شاشة التصدير، اختار جودة "صغير". وكمان فلتر "أبيض وأسود" بيقلّل الحجم بشكل كبير جدًا مقارنة بالفلاتر الملوّنة — للمستندات النصية ده الاختيار الأفضل عادةً.

دي مشكلة كانت في إصدارات مبكرة واتصلّحت. لو لسه بتحصل معاك، اقفل التطبيق وافتحه تاني، وابعتلنا إصدار التطبيق عشان نتابعها.

هل بياناتي بتضيع لو غيّرت الموبايل؟

أيوه. كل حاجة متخزّنة على جهازك بس، ومفيش نسخ احتياطي سحابي — وده نتيجة مباشرة لمبدأ إن مفيش حاجة بتخرج من جهازك. قبل ما تغيّر الموبايل، صدّر المستندات المهمة كـ PDF واحفظها في مكان تاني.

التطبيق بطيء على جهازي

معالجة الصور شغل تقيل على المعالج، وعلى الأجهزة الأقدم بتاخد وقت أطول. لو الكشف الحيّ للحواف بيبطّئ الكاميرا، اقفله من الأيقونة اللي فوق — هتفضل تقدر تقصّ يدويًا بعد التصوير عادي.

Does the app upload my images?

No — and it cannot. The Android build does not request internet permission at all, so the operating system blocks it from sending anything. You can verify this in your device's app settings. Details in our Privacy Policy.

Arabic text extraction returns nothing

Make sure "Arabic" or "Arabic + English" is selected on the text-extraction screen — the English mode uses a different engine that does not support Arabic.

If it is still empty, image quality is the usual cause. Try better lighting, hold the camera closer to the page, and apply the "B&W" filter before extracting — it noticeably improves recognition accuracy.

The app can't find the paper edges

Edge detection relies on contrast between the paper and the background. Place the page on a surface of a different colour — white paper on a wooden desk is detected instantly; white paper on a white table is hard.

You can always drag the four corners by hand on the crop screen, where a magnifier appears so you can place each corner precisely.

My PDF file is too large

On the export screen, choose the "Small" quality option. The "B&W" filter also reduces size dramatically compared to colour filters — for text documents it is usually the better choice anyway.

I edited a page but still see the old image

This was an issue in early builds and has been fixed. If it still happens, close and reopen the app, and send us your app version so we can look into it.

Will I lose my documents if I change phones?

Yes. Everything is stored on your device only, with no cloud backup — a direct consequence of nothing ever leaving your device. Before switching phones, export important documents as PDF and save them elsewhere.

The app is slow on my device

Image processing is CPU-heavy and takes longer on older hardware. If live edge detection slows the camera down, turn it off using the icon at the top — you can still crop manually after capturing.
